Ray is the owner of the former Shamrock Hotel and has welcomed thousands of guests over nearly 15 years as a vacation-rental host. His approach to Utopia Homes begins with a simple belief: the best hospitality comes from people who understand the guest experience and the realities of ownership firsthand.
Ray’s Wildwood story began on the beach as a lifeguard—back when, as he puts it, he was skinny. Years later, it continues as the owner of the former Shamrock Hotel and a host who still believes the smallest details can define an entire trip.
