Privacy overview
Utopia Homes collects information you submit through owner, membership, contact, and Utopia Design forms, along with basic attribution information such as referral source and campaign parameters.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare and maintain project estimates, manage interest lists, understand marketing performance, and improve the Utopia experience. Sensitive form values are not sent to analytics providers.
Utopia Design retention
Identifiable information for quotes and leads that do not become projects is retained for up to 12 months after the most recent activity, then deleted or de-identified unless a documented legal hold applies. Anonymous pricing and operational statistics may be retained.
For completed customer projects, contracts, accounting records, design plans, approvals, selections, and material project communications may be retained for seven years after completion or the applicable tax year. Raw photographs, floor plans, and unrelated intake answers are not retained indefinitely merely because accounting records must be kept.
Optional service improvement
You may separately choose to let Utopia use de-identified project information to improve services, estimates, and design systems. This choice is optional and is not required to receive an estimate or consultation. Permission to use identifiable photography or project material for a portfolio, marketing, or training would require separate authorization.
